Admission prices have increased 48.4% between 2013 and 2023 according to BLS data. Food and beverage prices at parks have risen even faster at 62%. The industry is dominated by a handful of major chains. Disney Parks & Resorts operates 6 US parks across Florida and California. Universal has 4 US parks including the new Epic Universe. Six Flags (merged with Cedar Fair) now operates the largest fleet of regional parks in North America. SeaWorld Entertainment rounds out the major players with parks in Florida, California, Texas, and Virginia.
